• You must order a minimum of 1 truck pallet ($2,000.00 retail value)

• Your products must be purchased by the *carton

• Orders below $2,000.00 will be charged at retail and forwarded to a authorized dealer for fulfillment

*Carton quantities are not listed in our consumer catalog. To see the number of items per carton: click here. When ordering, you must enter the quantity listed in the Per Ctn column and multiply by that quantity of items ordered. ie to order 3 items that are packaged 2 Per Ctn, you must order 2 or 4 to take advantage of this offer. If you order 3, your order will be processed at our office back to 2 items (1 carton)
